Orders can be placed directly on our website and app by browsing your favorite products, adding them to cart, and completing the checkout process. Our easy interface guides you every step of the way to make shopping seamless.

Delivery is free of charge. Orders are generally delivered within 4 to 10 days after
shipping. The standard processing time for orders is 2 to 3 days.

You can request an address change by contacting our support team promptly after ordering. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Yes, Home Essentials offers free shipping on all orders, making it easier and more

We offer exchange/replacements as per the following criteria -

a. Product received is damaged

b. Color received is different from your order

c. Variant is different from your order

d. Wrong product is delivered

Refund is done if the users have met the following scenarios -

a. Product is Out of Stock - Refund
will be done by our team post your request in your original source of payment
or as credit points within 5-6 days

b. Damaged Product- Refund will be done
by our team post your request in your original source of payment or as credit
points within 5-6 days

Please note, refunds are processed as store credits points only after we receive the
returned product in its original condition.

Products are eligible for return, exchange or refund only if they are incorrect, have
genuine manufacturing defects, are damaged upon delivery, have missing parts or accessories, or if the quality is unsatisfactory. Requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery with supporting photos and original packaging.

You can raise a request via our WhatsApp Support, email at support@homeessentials.in, or call 08047492290 within 72 hours of delivery. Provide your order ID and upload 4-5 photos showing the product and packaging condition to be eligible. For more details, please click here.

Once the product is picked up, refunds or store credit will be processed within 5 working
days. Exchange shipments are sent 6-7 working days after receiving the returned
product.

Refunds are issued as Home Essentials store credits or gift cards that you can redeem on future purchases via HomeEssentials.in after receiving the returned item.

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been packaged for dispatch. To request a
cancellation, please contact our customer care team via email or message. For

We ship across most pin codes in India with a delivery timeline of 4-7 days. You can track your order via WhatsApp updates or the tracking option on our website. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For more details, please click here.

Reverse pickup for returns is arranged within 4-5 working days from the request date. For exchanges, replacements are shipped 4-5 working days after we receive the returned item.

Store Credit Points can be applied only when you shop through a registered account using the mobile number linked to your credits. They can be redeemed during checkout to reduce the payable amount on eligible products.

Store Credit Points can only be redeemed through our website and mobile application.
They are not valid for use in physical store outlets.

Store Credit Points are provided specifically when we resolve an order issue that matches the order value, such as cancellations or returns where a direct refund isn’t processed immediately. This ensures you maintain full value with an easy way to shop again.

Store Credit Points remain valid for a certain period from the date of issue. We recommend checking your account or contacting customer care for details on the expiration timeline so you can make the most of your credits.
