For the product i would give 5 stars but for Homeessentials Customer service i wouldnt even give one single star. Purchasing from this website is like Aiming in dark". I foirst ordered this product on 15th December 2024 with COD and the product was never delivered. I messeged them on their WhatsApp, Instagram and website but no response. Then placed order again on 7th Jan 2025 with COD and there was zero response even after multiple msges on each portal. Then i thought may be coz its COD they r not responding and i canceled the COD Order and Purchased the item by fully paying the amount. And i then voila i get a message that the COD ordered is delivered. I keep getting calls from the delivery person that the product has arrived and then i denied the order and wasnt sure what is the status of my paid order. And in tracking site it shoed the paid order is cancelled. NO matter how much i messegesd, nobody replied and finally on 20th i received the order and on 22nd someone replies saying... As per our records, the order is delivered on 20th...... Though the product was really good .... the purchase experience was really pathetic.

Nice product.. but size shown in picture waz looking big … but unreal its small.. but magnet is of good quality.. overall is a good product..

The product is really good however there is surely improvement needed on the delivery timeline. It took almost 8-9 days to deliver which a bit high.

2) It's very useful and value for money item, especially for those who need hung curd frequently
3) It's hassle free in making Hung Curd and cleaning it subsequently.

The programming is not user friendly.
The organisation is silent for long time without any communication, which made to think about its genuinity.

Only suggestion is to provide leg piece so that it will be easy to clean.
